At Custom Co, we take pride in crafting high-quality, personalised products that are made to order with care. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, we partner with reputable courier services including Fastway and The Courier Guy. Below, you’ll find all the important details regarding how we handle shipping and delivery for our South African customers.


⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

All our products are custom-made, which means we begin production only after your order is placed. Our team works hard to ensure each order meets our quality standards before dispatch.

  • Manufacturing Time: Please allow up to 3 weeks for production, depending on order volume and complexity.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location.

  • Total Estimated Time: From order to delivery, the entire process may take between 3 to 6 weeks.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.


💳 Shipping Fees & Free Delivery

We believe in fair and simple shipping rates:

  • Flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout for orders under R1500.

  • FREE nationwide shipping is automatically applied to orders R1500 or more.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


🌍 Nationwide Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all provinces and towns in South Africa, including:

  • Major cities: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein

  • Rural, outlying, and remote areas
    Please allow additional time for delivery to hard-to-reach or rural locations.


🔒 Responsibility & Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is securely packaged and correctly handed over to our courier partners, Custom Co is not liable for any damages, delays, or losses that occur after dispatch.

Once your parcel leaves our workshop and is in the hands of Fastway or The Courier Guy, responsibility for its safe and timely delivery lies with the courier.

We will, however, gladly assist you with tracking updates or in raising a query with the courier should any issue arise.
